Action Against Hunger conducted a 4-day Training of Trainers (ToT) for Youth Workers from Armenia, Georgia and the Ukraine, in the framework of the ERASMUS+ Youth Employability Skills (YES) project.
A former participant of an Action Against Hunger Shuttle program initiated the project with the goal of promoting the social inclusion of persons with disabilities and to raise public awareness on disability.
12 years ago, Meisun Avdala arrived in Georgia, after having fled her home country of Sudan. In Batumi she found safety and was able to build a new life for herself and her family, learning the language and integrating herself into Georgian society.
