On Friday, January 31st, 2025, Action Against Hunger attended the inauguration of social housing for elderly refugees from Nagorno Karabakh.

Ukrainian women learned to better cope with stressful situations and navigate their emotions, without feeling anxious.

Action Against Hunger was one of the only organisations able to reach people in northern Gaza after the ceasefire. At least 15 kilometres of roads in the northern governorates of Gaza need to be cleared of solid waste and rubble.

Action Against Hunger highlights the urgent need for cash for families to buy food, as well as the import of fertilisers and pesticides for farmers.

Action Against Hunger urges the international community to ensure the implementation of the ceasefire agreement and calls for its efforts to be directed towards the rehabilitation of infrastructure and the establishment of a lasting peace.
