We work to help people at risk of social and
occupational exclusion find work and guarantee their
food security
Since 2012, we have been working in Spain to improve the employability and health of
people at risk of exclusion. Our innovative methodology integrates job placement,
access to quality food and the promotion of healthy habits.
We promote access to employment and
entrepreneurship to combat hunger and food
insecurity
Our aim is to ensure that as many people as possible have access to employment, enabling them to ensure their own food security. This is why we work to support employment and job training and encourage entrepreneurship.
Since 2020 we have implemented a food security strategy to improve access to a healthy diet among vulnerable families. We also promote the adoption of healthy lifestyle habits, such as physical activity and self-care, as these aspects have a positive impact on emotional state and motivation, thus contributing to professional success.

How do we support employment and boost
entrepreneurship?
We provide skills and competences
Through our employability and training programmes, we equip vulnerable and unemployed people with
personal and professional skills, as well as job-seeking abilities.
We promote entrepreneurship
We promote the creation of new businesses by supporting entrepreneurs through
training programmes and contact networks to turn their ideas into viable projects, as
well as offering advice and technical support.
We promote food security
We work to ensure food security through four fundamental pillars:
research and diagnosis of the problem, an impact model and technical assistance, programmes
to improve nutrition (such as financial aid cards or awareness campaigns)
and employability programmes to improve the economic situation.
FROM COLOMBIA TO NAVARRA: CECILIA´S STORY
The story of a participant in our employability programmes in Navarra who arrived
from Colombia with her family shows how training and work have helped her to
integrate into society with her family. This new start gives her the opportunity to realise
her dream of opening a restaurant.
