I wish to remain anonymous, and so will not give my personal details. I understand that Action Against Hunger may not have sufficient information to process my request and will not be able to contact me to inform me of the outcome.

This form is designed for Action Against Hunger stakeholders (employees, donors, partners, beneficiaries, etc.) to report any type of complaint or feedback related to Action Against Hunger programmes and operations in the different countries and headquarters, including complaints related to unethical behaviour such as fraud, harassment, abuse or sexual exploitation.

In addition to this online form, each country may set up and promote other communication channels to collect complaints and feedback, such as phone lines, SMS or email. Messages received via all these channels will be centralised in our complaints and feedback management tool, Opinion.
