IMAGE RIGHTS AUTHORISATION

The participant, of legal age,

DECLARES

I.- That he/she wishes to participate in the event called "CHALLENGE INTEREMPRESAS CONTRA EL HAMBRE" organised by ACTION AGAINST HUNGER FOUNDATION (hereinafter, the Event), the content and development of which he/she declares to be aware of and accept.

II.- By means of this document, he/she hereby gives his/her express authorisation to ACTION AGAINST HUNGER FOUNDATION to record and fix his/her image and voice exclusively during his/her participation in the event using the appropriate technical means and with the sole and exclusive purpose of allowing the broadcast of his/her intervention in the event, on the terms established in the following section.

III.- Likewise, he/she expressly authorises ACTION AGAINST HUNGER FOUNDATION, free of charge and without any time or territorial limit, to reproduce, disseminate, broadcast, publicly communicate and use by any means and in any form, by any medium and on any storage platform, the audiovisual material recorded during his/her participation in the event, as well as his/her name, image and voice, exclusively for advertising and dissemination purposes related to the event or to the aims of ACTION AGAINST HUNGER FOUNDATION.

IV.- In order to obtain the present consent for the uses and purposes described, ACTION AGAINST HUNGER has informed the declarant of the following circumstances:

1. That the DATA CONTROLLER for the capture and processing of the images is ACTION AGAINST HUNGER, of Tax ID: G-81164105, of registered address at Calle Duque de Sevilla, 3, 28002 Madrid, telephone 900100822, e-mail address misdatos@accioncontraelhambre.org.
2. That ACTION AGAINST HUNGER, by itself or through technicians hired exclusively for this purpose, will take the images individually or in groups, spontaneously in the different sequences and activities carried out over the course of the event, and they may be published on its website, social media and advertising campaigns via any medium, including the media (press and television).
3. That the purpose of the processing is the dissemination of the activities in which ACTION AGAINST HUNGER collaborates.
4. That the images will be deleted when the owner of the data revokes the consent given and, in any case, in compliance with the applicable legal limitation periods.
5. That the legal basis for the processing is the consent given herein.
6. That no transfer of data is envisaged.

That the data subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability and restriction or opposition by writing to the address indicated above, indicating the reference: exercise of Protection of Personal Data rights, and attaching a copy of their ID card, or by e-mail to the address misdatos@accioncontraelhambre.org. They also have the right to withdraw the consent given and to complain to the State Data Protection Agency (www.agpd.es).
